I am very familiar with the reviewed work, as it is one of the finest pieces on the subject. It is used in many undergraduate associate programs. I have found the text to be light in weight but meaty in content. The author has an excellent writing style. It is quite readable.

I think that the content of the text, with the modifications noted above, is excellent. The text provides students with a clear understanding of the process and law involved in a real estate transaction.
