About the Author:

Louis Peerless' mantra is "Left brain by day; Right brain by night." Peerless is a seasoned real estate broker in Cincinnati, Ohio, a businessman who, in the late 1990s, decided to exploit his creative side. Through his paintings and sculpture, writings of prose and poetry, along with his work behind the camera, Peerless is emerging as a true Renaissance Man.His writing experience began early, in elementary school as editor of the school newspaper. During the rest of his academic years Peerless continued to create - mostly humor. Yet following his Master's program graduation, a call from an old friend, asking him to write a chapter for a soon to be published book, confirmed for him that writing was in his blood.The writing became more serious, articles in social work administration (his first career) and then on real estate topics for his firm's newsletter or publication in business journals. From 1985 through 1989, he wrote a monthly article on commercial real estate for the Business Courier, Cincinnati's business weekly. Other 'sister publications' picked up the articles and as a result, Peerless was published in St. Louis, Washington, D. C. and San Francisco as well.Peerless, now a solo practitioner, still creates his quarterly business newsletter, yet when the right brain kicks in, he has turned more towards poetry, especially over the past five years. Many of those poetic phrases are included in The Fingers of God. He looks forward to his next volume of photographs and accompanying words in his quest to communicate his simple yet effective thoughts, to share with the readers what he has experienced, a profound spiritual enjoyment in the more basic elements of life on Earth.
