Even as a young child at nine years old Betty endured integration in the South and demonstrated her leadership skills by being one of first children to endure the birth pains of desegregation. Experiencing desegregation at Hillcrest Elementary prepared Betty for her sensitivity to embrace all people. In 1972 Betty began academic studies at Arkansas State University in Elementary Education. Currently, Betty is in pursuit of her doctorate degree. In 1975 Betty traveled to Aschaffenburg, Germany where she studied European Culture for three years. In 1978, Betty returned to the United States and began her pursuit for God in a greater way. In 1987, God spoke to Betty and said, "Speak my Word and I will move for you." Betty has been speaking the WORD of God and impacting the world ever since.
