About the Author:
TAMRA MERCIECA has an undeniable passion for putting pen to paper, spending most of her time in the Dandenongs sipping tea as she crafts her latest manuscript. Her experience with depression saw Tamra publish her first book The Upside of Down: A toolkit and personal journey for overcoming depression in 2009, which was later endorsed by Lifeline. This playful peach spent ten years as a journalist, reading the news on various radio stations across Australia before deciding to take her on-air persona into the real world, training in various subconscious mind skills to become a Relationship Therapist. Wanting to help more people than she could possibly see in a day, Tamra founded Getting Naked Pty Ltd to encourage ladies and gents to develop the relationship they have with themselves in order to achieve the success and happiness they desire.
