He is an experienced lead auditor and has conducted Third party registration and surveillance audits of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems in Defense, Aerospace, Recycling and Scrap Metal industries as well as mining, light industrial, tooling, design and engineering fi rms and State- level medical quality improvement organizations. Mr. Ciers is a OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response trainer and auditor of current edition OHSAS 18001 Occupational health and safety management systems.
