Both mother and daughter go through a tremendous transformation as their lives intertwine during a time of shared crisis. As they frantically search for hope, they discover their souls and now understand the true meaning of love.

About the Author:
Karen Higgins earned bachelor of education, bachelor of arts, and master of arts degrees before working as a teacher and pediatric nurse. Now retired, she lives with her husband in Horseshoe Valley in Ontario, Canada. This is her first novel.
