This book presents recent research and theories to inform AT services primarily within the K-12 setting. Current professionals working in these settings may find this informational and useful for research in their own settings. The editors present up-to-date information including Universal Design for Learning, technology as a method of intervention, use of gaming technology to promote social skills and communication, and teacher education related to the use of AT in the classroom. --Doody's Book Review Service, Yvonne M.
