In November 2010, she launched Inspiring Insights Consulting to provide organizational, leadership, and career development services to organizations, groups, and individuals undergoing some aspect of change. She is a competent coach, educator, and facilitator. Dr. Bailey-Jones resides in Woodlawn, Maryland with her husband and is inspired by the words of her father! Dr. Bailey-Jones's father, Ralph Bailey, entrusted her with his poetry. As project manager, she is inspired by the challenge to market his poetry in creative ways and use the proceeds to renovate and maintain their family home in Baltimore City, Maryland.
