About the Author:
Lyn Widmyer was born in Brooklyn, NY and became a farm wife in West Virginia in 1981. Having a master's degree in Urban Planning and a career as a land use planner did little to prepare her for life amid cows and corns. Now Lyn considers herself a true blue Mountaineer and refuses to listen to any West Virginia jokes. After raising two children, Lyn retired and was elected to the Jefferson County Commission in 2008. Her experiences as a reluctant farm wife are the basis of Chasing Cows.
