Faye Dunningham was born, raised and still currently resides in New England. Ms. Dunningham devotes her life to helping dogs and their humans create a bond and hold a relationship that allows a person to enjoy the true benefits of having a canine family member. Her belief that dogs are genuine members of a family powers her writings, her work and her devotion. Deciding to transfer her knowledge into book form, her goal is to offer a detailed understanding of how dogs perceive their world and couple this with clear training instructions so that all possible issues are covered within each book's topic. For over 15 years, she has upheld a steadfast devotion to volunteering with New England's local animal shelters, often working with dogs that are deemed "questionable" for rehoming. With superior training methods and a lot of love, her efforts are directly responsible for helping place 176 puppies and dogs, of both pure and mixed breeds with caring families. Ms. Dunningham also enjoys holding free classes to teach new owners how to provide a happy, healthy home.
