Susan Lee Guadarrama, Ph.D. has a doctorate in depth psychology and has been a Nutrition educator. She has taught her five children, along with hundreds of students, the soulful way to prepare, cook, and eat food. She is now an Embodiment Therapist working with clients who have issues surrounding food and body image. She lives with her husband and two demanding parrots in Norwalk, California.
