About the Author:
Nikole McDonald-Jones (Spooni*, as the art world knows her) is ½ Rocket Scientist, ½ Graphic Designer & ½ Illustrator. No, seriously, she’s junior level undergrad in Aerospace Engineering at North Carolina State University and a Graduate in Communication Arts and Design at Virginia Commonwealth University.....Yet she draws comics for a living. And loving every minute of it. To date she’s completed four indie books, several brand identities & logos, two video game companion comics, countless pinups & covers and ...a Novel. Among her bound works are: The Adventures of Sam, Companion Comic for Heaven the Game, Fall From, FullArmour, and Rabbits. She’s been drawing since June 2, 1989; after a particularly bad episode of X-men (as she tells it). And to her list of artistic skills she’s added, vocal arts (like singing and voice acting), production arts (like leatherworking and prop design), and film (editing, sound design & camera work).
