About the Author:

J. Andrew Salemme is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania. He currently works for the Pennsylvania Superior Court where he assists in the research and writing of published and unpublished appellate decisions. He is an expert in post-conviction relief, Pennsylvania criminal law, and constitutional law. Mr. Salemme published the first edition of his PCRA book in 2013. His book is one of only two works to focus on Pennsylvania post-conviction relief.
