About the Author:

Lorraine Haddock loves sharing stories with her grandchildren.  The Duck Without a Quack is her first published children’s book, inspired by the memory of her very own pet, Ducky.  Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rowan University. Passionate about storytelling, she also enjoys reading and writing poetry.  An Italian American grandmother, Lorraine is affectionately called Nonna.  This first book begins a series titled, “Nonna! Nonna! Tell us a story!”  Lorraine lives with her husband Ace in a quiet town on the Delaware River.  Together they entertain their children and grandchildren, making new memories and beginning new stories every day.
