About the Author:

Janet Olearski is a London-born writer of Polish descent. Her short fiction and poems have appeared in a variety of publications, including Wasafiri, Litro, The Commonline Journal, Jotters United, and Bare Fiction. She has authored several children’s books, among them Twins, Mr Football, and The Sunbird Mystery, and has one unpublished novel, A Traveller’s Guide to Namisa. Her second novel, Foreigner, was shortlisted for the 2014 Telegraph Harvill Secker Crime Writing Prize.
