About the Author:

My name is Melody Velez and I have 4 beautiful children. I have always been an artist and have finally found my calling. I went to school for Criminal Justice, but found I couldn't escape what my true passion was...ART. I started my cake company together with my husband (baker with a construction background) and we have become very successful at our craft. I love to design unique cakes and extreme sculpted cakes. We have been creating edible masterpieces since 2009 and recently acquired our first storefront in Yonkers, NY. We are very proud of all we have accomplished and want to share our designs with the world.
