Ashley Hall Roberts is the founder of Sh'maFit, a ministry devoted to returning health & fitness to the realm of the sacred. Combining 27+ years in the fitness industry with 10+ years of seminary studies and ministry, Ashley brings unique insight into what it means to love God with all of who we are -- body, mind, and spirit. A certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Ashley has been instructing for over 27 years. After leaving the practice of law, Ashley obtained her Masters degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, summa cum laude, and has been on staff at various churches in the Chicagoland area. Ashley began her relationship with Christ as a camper at Kanakuk Kamps, which has shaped and greatly influenced her path and ministry. Currently, Ashley teaches and leads various Sh’maFit classes, workshops and retreats across the country. She currently lives with her husband and two children in the suburbs of Chicago.
