Sara Khan is brave to write such an honest book that looks at the many sides of a relationship including frustration, lack of communication, unhappiness, keeping a positive mindset, anger and so forth.
She gives very practical advice and this includes writing down questions about the state of your relationship and give honest answers. As a writer, I find that writing helps me understand and heal.

I really enjoyed this book and was able to read it easily during my morning commute. It is clear, simple, and full of logical information that can help all of us in our relationships. I really needed to get some of the advice offered in this book, and I'm sure, as we all struggle with making relationships work and finding ourselves, that it will ring true and helpful for anyone who reads it.
