About the Author:
Paige Rinehart, BS, C-TAGME, is a founding member and chair of the anesthesiology task force and review board for The National Board for Certification of Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME). She also serves as the medical administrative specialist for the Department of Anesthesiology at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, and is an instructor for HCPro's Residency Coordinator Boot Camp. Rinehart has 29 years of experience in the healthcare field and 23 years' experience in graduate medical education.
