Harold D. Stolovitch and Erica J. Keeps share a common passion-developing people. Their research and consulting activities have involved them in numerous projects with major corporations such as Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, General Motors, Bell Canada, Telecom Asia, Canadian Pacific Railway, Alcan, Prudential, Century 21, and many others. Stolovitch and Keeps are the principals of HAS Learning & Performance Solutions LLC., specialists in the application of instructional technology to business, industry, government, and the military. Together, they are co-editors of both editions of the award-winning Handbook of Human Performance Technology: A Comprehensive Guide for Analyzing and Solving Performance Problems in Organizations and Improving Individuals and Organizational Performance Worldwide published by Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer. Stolovitch and Keeps are co-editors and co-authors of the Learning and Performance Toolkit series published by Pfeiffer.
