Two new discussions have been added on the nature of the health policymaking process and problems in health policy research. About the Author:

Charles E. Begley, PhD, is professor of management, policy, and community health at the University of Texas School of Public Health, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where he has taught since 1984.
