Siegrist's vivid watercolors reflect this varied environment. Fraggalosch turns to the Koeye River Valley in British Columbia, following a female grizzly and her cubs through a cycle of seasons. Eberhart's richly hued paintings limn their lushly forested home, coordinating with the text.
