KAYE FOSTER-POWELL, BSC, M NUTR & DIET, is an accredited dietitian-nutritionist in both public and private practice in New South Wales, Australia. Together they are lead authors of the New Glucose Revolution series. JOHANNA BURANI, MS, RD, CDE is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with nearly fifteen years of experience in nutritional counseling.
