About the Author:
The author got these recipes from his mom when he was four years old. She was very sick and couldn't do much cooking for him, so instead she taught him how to do these things by himself. She would set out the ingredients and tell him how to prepare the food without using the stove, sharp knives, or electrical appliances. He then discovered that cooking was fun. So he put these recipes together in a cookbook for kids like you, so you can make snacks or meals by yourself.
