About the Author:
William Ayars received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York College of Forestry. After college, he served with the Navy in North Africa. Following his discharge, he attended Oregon State University for the MBA. He then completed study for a PhD and joined the business faculty of California State University, Bakersfield. He has lived and taught in six countries. Mr. Ayars is currently retired from teaching, and he is active in his community as a volunteer.
