About the Author:

Jerry Kurth served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1958 until his retirement in 1978. In his 20 years of active duty, Kurth served our government at stations all over the world and earned a distinguished reputation for himself. In 1985, after retiring from the Marine Corps, Kurth began working in the investment field and is currently Vice President- Investments for a major investment firm in greater Kansas City.
