About the Author:
Don Philpott has written more than 170 books many on law and order and security issues. For 10 years he was editor of Homeland Defense Journal and for three years was managing editor of International Homeland Defense. He is also the author of the following books: Is America Safe? Workplace Violence; The Workplace Violence Prevention Handbook; Education Facility Security Handbook; School Security; The Integrated Physical Security Handbook; Sexual Assault in the Military; Personal Safety and Security Handbook; Critical Infrastructure Protection; and Special Event Security Planning and Management.
