Curly is visiting his Grandma Rose by the ocean, and his friend Pook the mischievous Fent has come along. They soon discover that Mr. Smythe, the man offering to buy Grandma's house, will do anything to get it—even if it means tearing up Grandma Rose's garden, recording secret meetings with the mayor, destroying the local beach, and sending a shark after Curly and Pook. In all the confusion, will Curly and Pook be able to find the evidence that will save Grandma's house?
