Allan Langdale is an art historian, photographer, and travel writer. He is a lecturer in the History of Art and Visual Culture at the University of California at Santa Cruz and is a regular lecturer for Smithsonian Journeys, Zegrahm Expeditions and Lindblad/National Geographic. As a documentary filmmaker he also made the film 'Famagusta: the Story of a Forgotten City' (2008)
