About the Author:
DR. NEIL KIRBY is a senior lecturer in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide in South Australia. He is on the IDSC research committee, and is a member of the Bedford Industries Board, the Australian Psychology Society, and the Health, Disabilities and Lifespan Development Centre. Neil s research interests lie with the assessment, training and behavior management of people with intellectual or other disabilities, the speed of information processing associated with intellectual disability, ageing and brain damage, and organizational psychology particularly, organizational behavior.
