Amelie Hollier, MSN, APRN, BC, FNP is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner. She is president and CEO of Advanced Practice Education Associates (APEA). She is in full-time clinical practice at St. Clare’s Employee Health Service at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. She has authored and co-authored 11 books for primary care nurse practitioners. She travels extensively throughout the U.S. presenting on-site certification exam review courses and lecturing on advanced pharmacology and primary care topics to professional APRN groups.Mari J. Wirfs, MN, PhD, BC, FNP is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner. She is Professor and Director, William Carey College School of Nursing, New Orleans, Louisiana and is a primary care provider in part-time private practice at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She has over 30 years of experience in nursing education, has co-authored 5 books for primary care nurse practitioners, and is a frequent guest lecturer on a variety of advanced practice topics to professional APRN groups.
