About the Author:

Born in Montreal, H�l�ne Rioux is the author of five novels, popular in both France and Quebec. She has won several awards for fiction and translation and also received three G.G. Award nominations. She also writes poetry and short stories and has translated the books of Lucy Maud Montgomery and Yann Martell. She divides her time between Quebec and Spain.
