About the Author:
Dinah Roe Kendall is a figurative and narrative artist living in Sheffield in the British Midlands. She first began painting biblical narratives half a century ago while a student at the Slade School of Fine Art in London. Her artwork has been featured in exhibitions, festivals and public collections throughout the United Kingdom.
Eugene H. Peterson is professor emeritus of spiritual theology at Regent College, Vancouver, British Columbia. He served as a pastor for over thirty years. The author of many books, including A Long Obedience in the Same Direction and Run with the Horses, Peterson is also the translator of The Message, his widely acclaimed contemporary rendering of the Bible.
