The interviews collected here reflect the international character of her intellectual engagement with the ideas and the politics which are shaping our world.
About the Author:
Gayatri Chakravorty Spivak was born and educated in Calcutta, before moving to the USA, where she is now Avalon Foundation Professor at Columbia University. She is the author of numerous works including In Other Worlds (1987), The Postcolonial Critic (1988), A Critique of Postcolonial Reason (1999).
