About the Author:
Martin Moran is the author of two previous books. The Munros describes the first successful round of the Munros in Winter, the seconds the first successful round of the 4000m Alpine peaks in a single journey. He is a practicing mountain guide located in Strathcarron, Wester Ross, whoe guiding activities take him also to the Himalayas, Alps, Norway, and throughout the world.
