About the Author:

Jack H. Grossman, Ph.D. is a professor emeritus at DePaul University's Graduate School of Business in Chicago. During his 33 years in academia he has enjoyed a reputation as a top-rated professor whose professional and personal demeanor reflect the principles he teaches. Grossman has authored six published books that teach the skills and art of creating effective relationships. In addition to his academic contributions, Grossman was a marriage counselor for 15 years. He resides with his wife of 48 years in Deerfield Illinois.
