Each chapter has lessons and information for getting started in the use of productivity software and cover both the Windows and Mac versions of Microsoft Word; managing and organizing data tables, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software; and data entry with Microsoft Access. An appendix addresses additional word processing software like Windows Live SkyDrive, GoogleDocs, and OpenOffice.org.
