About the Author:
Julio Travieso Serrano, nació y vive en la Habana, pero ha transitado y vivido en otras muchas ciudades del mundo. Es narrador, profesor y traductor. Entre sus últimos libros más conocidos se encuentran las novelas El polvo y el oro, premio del concurso Mazatlán de literatura de México, finalista del concurso Rómulo Gallegos de Venezuela y premio de la crítica literaria de Cuba, Yo soy el Enviado (Random House Mondadori), Llueve sobre La Habana (Renacimiento de España) y el libro de cuentos A lo lejos volaba una gaviota (Lectorum de Ciudad México) que ahora presentamos con el título de Dinero para La Habana.
