E.O. Chirovici (1964, Fagaras) naci� en Transilvania en el seno de una familia con ra�ces en Ruman�a, Hungr�a y Alemania. Debut� como escritor con una colecci�n de relatos breves, y su primera novela, The Massacre, fue un �xito de ventas en Ruman�a. El libro de los espejos es su primera novela publicada en lengua espa�ola. Trabaj� durante a�os como periodista, primero como director de un prestigioso peri�dico y m�s tarde dirigiendo una importante cadena de televisi�n. Desde el a�o 2013 se dedica exclusivamente a la escritura y en la actualidad vive en Bruselas.
