The book is great condition, actually. Pages bright and clean, tight binding. The only "dig" I might give, and I'm not sure this was even part of the original, to be honest - is that the front (Spine?) titling is effaced. But the book as shown, title and all pages, etc., in excellent condition. An important addendum to arguably the most important book of the late 19th century by the most important French chef of that same period, August Escoffier.
