About the Author:
Vadim Kosmatschof. Geboren 1938 in Kaluga, Russland. Bildhauer und Objektkünstler. Studium an der Zentralen Moskauer Kunstschule und am Graf-Stroganow-Institut. 1978 Teilnahme an der Biennale di Venezia. Zahlreiche internationale Ausstellungen. Seine Werke befinden sich u.a. sich in den Sammlungen der Dresdner Bank, des Bundespräsidentenamts in Berlin, des Niederösterreichischen Landesmuseums in Wien, sowie in der Sammlung Ruedi Staechlin, Basel und zahlreichen privaten Kunstsammlungen.
