About the Author:
Dr. Pravukalyan Panigrahi, Scientist, ICAR, New Delhi obtained his M. Tech (Agricultural Engineering) with specialisation "Soil and Water Conserv. Engg." from O.U.A.T, Bhubaneswar, India in 1999 and Ph.D from IARI, New Delhi in 2012. He has around fifty publications including twenty research papers in reputed national & international Journals.
