Menacer Arezki was born in Batna in 1968. Receives the B.Sc from Batna university in 1992 and the M.Sc. from the Electrical Engineering of Biskra in 1996. Receives the Ph.D from Batna University and LAII of Poitiers, France in 2007 and the habilitation in 2009 from University of Biskra.Currently assistant and member of LGEB Laboratory.
