K A, ABOUT THE AUTHOR:- Pulak Chandra Dev nath , M. A . (Education), M.Phil, has been working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Education, Government Kamalanagar College, Mizoram. He has teaching experience of more than nine years and published more than 25 research papers and articles in various books and journals. He has published his book named "Elementary Education in Assam and West Bengal-A Comparative Study". He has also completed one UGC minor research project to his credit. He has been awarded UGC-IUC Associateship in Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla.
