Review:
Dr John Tay, in a sense much like the physician Luke of the Acts of the Apostles, has done a marvellous job in capturing the "ACTS" in Singapore of the birthing of indigenous missions. He painstakingly took the trouble, leaving no stone unturned, in digging up all the historical pockets of Singapore to bring to light the beginnings of indigenous missions in Singapore, which otherwise would not see the light of day. --E Sudhir Isaiah, PhD, President, Bethany International University, Singapore
