Book Description Harcourt, Brace & World, 1964. Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Likely second printing (B.4.64). Black cloth, gilt titles. This copy has at some point been a victim of an accident wherein it was dropped, probably on its head, resulting in the cloth torn an inch or so at both sides at head of spine, and a small dent in top of text block. The torn cloth has been repaired as feasible and the binding is sound but for rippling to some pages caused by the dent. Spotted at top edge but unread. DJ also suffered in the same accident and is missing a 2-inch portion at head of spine. Price of $8.50 intact. 956 pp. Seller Inventory # 14772
