About this title

This could be one of the most seminal books in all of medicine. For years physicians have seen differences in personality types between different ethnic and cultural peoples. Dr. Anthony M. Benis has looked at the genetic components involved in personality development, and has labeled them. These personality labels are entirely new in medicine, the behavioral sciences, and indeed, all of science. The genetic background upon which this theory theory has evolved comes from empirical research which is now being confirmed in the laboratory, particularly through cardiovascular and hematological research. What is most important: anyone can determine their own genetic personality make-up simply by reading this book. To aid the reader in understanding this theory, the book is profusely illustrated with figures and photographs; moreover there is a larger medical glossary at the end of the book. The beginning of each chapter has an outline presented, and to aid as a future reference. A great addition to that science/psychology explorer.
