A fair to good copy, the ends of the spine, the forecorners of the covers, and the joints of the covers are all rubbed, the front hinges are detached, but the cover remains attached to the spine and the back cover; there are several places near the front where there are cracks in the binding, but the pages remain bound, the first 60p. are browned and very fragile with a little lost in the bottom margins off the plates and the text, and the last 16p. are brown and fragile, with some tears, usually from the fore-edge in.
