A handsome example of this uncommon item additionally bearing the BOLDLY SIGNED PRESENTATION "To Gordon Wagner / Andy Warhol" in blue ink above the portrait of Warhol on page five to the noted late Los Angeles assemblage artist showing some light overall wear and rubbing to the covers.
