1st edition, 1942. A Very Good copy lacking dust jacket. INSCRIBED by author on half title page. Letter from author laid in. 8vo., 370 pp., bound in publishers blue cloth with title in gilt on spine. Spine slightly faded. Text appears clean and unmarked. Jacket front flap laid in. Inscribed to and letter addressed to Robert Williams, Tuskegee Airman and recipient of the Congressional Gold Medal. Williams and Wagner were both members of The Zamorano Club, a bibliophiles organization in California.
